The SBA Product Business Development Ofc Sr is responsible for marketing a full reputed company of banking services to Small Business Administration (SBA) loan eligible businesses with emphasis on reputed company contact, origination and analysis. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for self sourcing SBA loan origination with emphasis on reputed company contact, origination and analysis. Typical loan amounts are for $350K - $5MM.
• Reviews financial statements and supporting documents, structures SBA loan proposals, completes initial analysis, and prepares credit package.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines and organization policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience
• A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/reputed company lending experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business or Finance degree preferred
• SBA loan originating experience Familiarity with reputed company loan reputed company systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including reputed company grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency

Compensation reputed company:

$70,000.00 -$140,000.00 Annual Salary

The compensation reputed company represents the anticipated low and high end of the reputed company compensation reputed company for this position.
