reputed company is seeking a pharmacist to join our fast-paced after-hours remote pharmacy team, providing medication management support to more than 20 hospitals across South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Key responsibilities reputed company traditional order verification include: clinical dosing and pharmacokinetic monitoring; drug information support for providers and care teams; reputed company medication therapy support across multiple hospitals. Sanford Remote Pharmacy Program provides after hours coverage for 24 sites across South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. These individuals are based out of 3 different locations, offering the reputed company to work from facilities in Aberdeen, Watertown and Rapid reputed company SD. In a retail/community pharmacy setting, the Pharmacist reviews, interprets and dispenses both prescription and non-prescription medication to patients. The pharmacist takes an reputed company role in responding to prescription issues and advising providers on the selection, dosage, interaction and reputed company effects of medications. Counsels patients on the medication prescription including but not limited to: reputed company administration, possible reputed company effects, expected response, storage and any other questions posed by the patient. Duties may consist of unit reputed company dispensing, IV Admixtures, outpatient prescriptions, navigating the electronic medical record, compounding, and working with automated dispensing devices. The Pharmacist utilizes appropriate age-reputed company patient information to assess the pharmaceutical needs of patients, which may include provision of pharmaceutical care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The Pharmacist follows reputed company established regulations and standards that govern the reputed company of pharmacy. In a retail/community pharmacy setting: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations. In a medical center or institutional setting: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations. Hospital experience or residency preferred.
