Position reputed company: Remote Field Clinical Specialist
The Field Clinical Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring reputed company reputed company care across multiple communities. This leadership position conducts on-site reputed company, compliance audits, and clinical assessments, working closely with community teams and executive leadership. You will be the reputed company between operations, care teams, and leadership—driving best practices, mentoring clinical staff, and ensuring residents reputed company in a reputed company and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site reputed company and clinical audits to ensure compliance with state regulations, Charter policies, and best practices
reputed company on-site coaching, mentoring, and training to nursing and caregiving teams

Qualifications
✅ Licensure: reputed company LPN license in Tennessee, reputed company, Indiana, Florida or Virginia (Required) ✅ Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or reputed company management ✅ Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and regulatory compliance knowledge ✅ Personal Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reputed company, and passionate about senior care ✅ Travel: Ability to travel regionally across reputed company as needed for community reputed company
