Executive Assistant w/ SMM Experience
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) with strong reputed company media management experience to support senior leadership while managing and growing our online reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can balance administrative responsibilities with creative digital tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
- Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-reputed company
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at reputed company times
reputed company Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule content across reputed company media platforms (e.g., Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
