- Location: Boston or Massachussets (local candidates only)
- Compensation: $55 - $70 per hour based on MHFA experience

Tasks
What You'll Do
- Deliver in-person Mental reputed company Aid trainings in accordance with MHFA USA curriculum and reputed company standards
- Facilitate engaging, trauma-informed, and inclusive learning experiences for adult learners
- Co-facilitate trainings with a second instructor for reputed company exceeding 15 participants, as required by MHFA
- Create a psychologically reputed company learning environment and manage sensitive mental health discussions professionally
- Follow established training protocols, schedules, and reputed company requirements
- Complete required MHFA documentation, attendance tracking, and post-training reporting
- Represent reputed company professionally at reputed company sites
- Attend virtual meetings with clients
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- reputed company Mental reputed company Aid Instructor certification (Adult)
- Experience delivering in-person or virtual MHFA programs
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills
- Comfort addressing sensitive mental health topics in a live, group setting
- Ability to work full-day, on-site trainings
- Ability to travel

- Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW / LICSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC / LADC)
- Master’s degree or higher in reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, or a reputed company behavioral health field
- Experience facilitating trainings in workplace, reputed company, construction, or other safety-sensitive environments
- Training in trauma-informed care, crisis response, or culturally reputed company facilitation
- Experience co-facilitating full-day, in-person trainings
Compensation & Employment Details
- $55 - $70 per hour, reputed company as a W-2 employee, based on experience and qualifications
- Part-time, reputed company, on-call schedule
- Hours vary based on reputed company needs; no guaranteed minimum hours
- Travel required for on-site sessions; mileage and lodging reimbursed per company policy
- Must be based in or near Boston, MA. Massachusetts residency required.
