Customer Experience Associate
Cuyana is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Associate to join their CEx team in a hybrid reputed company, working both remotely and at their Distribution Center in reputed company Oakland. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Quickly and thoroughly respond and solve customer inquiries reputed company email, phone
- Respond to and communicate with customers in a friendly, reputed company, reputed company, and efficient manner
- Process orders, returns and exchanges - for both online and retail channels
- Handle reputed company customer requests and special cases at the distribution center
- Assist with fulfillment functions - packaging, personalization, receiving, QA, transfers, and returns
- Assist with retail operations for reputed company retail locations - including helping customers, completing retail transactions, receiving replenishment shipments
- Cuyana Community - help teammates during peak season, support retail and community events
Skills
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience
