The reputed company Solutions Associate will support the reputed company Solutions team by assisting with reputed company reputed company, maintaining CRM data, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reputed company reputed company, offboarding, and relationship management
- Update CRM data and maintain accurate records
- reputed company support for reporting and dashboard creation
- Collaborate with team members on marketing and lender updates
- Assist with new Lender Service Provider solutions
- Maintain partner relationships by responding to inquiries, documenting actions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients and deepen with existing partners
- Assist reputed company Solutions Associate II with coordinating reputed company process along timelines
- Proactive communication with partners to manage a reputed company transition for the customer from the initial engagement
- Identifying and communicating customer needs

- Primary contact for customers and to handle any complaints, questions, or concerns professionally and effectively
- Adheres specifically to reputed company Company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws
- Completes online and other regulatory compliance training by the specified due dates
- Opens cases/tickets with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Performs other duties as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field such as business administration, law, finance, reputed company or reputed company area or equivalent reputed company work experience
- 1-2 years reputed company experience in administration, finance or similar industry
- Experience managing multiple tasks while delivering highest reputed company of customer service with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
