[Remote] Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative role supports patient communication and administrative functions, directly impacting patient experience and clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Screen incoming patient inquiries reputed company phone, online messages, or other channels

- Address patient satisfaction, reputed company, and compliance issues, advocating for patients as needed
- Communicate operational difficulties and escalate issues to supervisors reputed company necessary
- Handle patient requests for forms, medication renewals, referrals, and authorizations
- Review and update patient records including demographics, physician selection, and insurance information
- Maintain effective communication with patients, interdisciplinary teams, providers, and agencies
- Monitor appointment schedules to optimize clinic utilization and support patient needs
- Assist with data collection and ensure accuracy in reports such as no-show and telephone statistics

Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or aptitude to learn EMR systems

- Experience managing appointments and verifying patient eligibility using digital platforms
