Responsibilities
- reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill reputed company, weekly interview volume, and other metrics as defined by leadership to support hiring goals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level to mid-level roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams

- Craft compelling and accurate job postings that reflect the firm’s brand, values, and culture, and attract high-reputed company candidates

- Conduct candidate screenings reputed company phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a massive reputed company environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company software tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
- Good time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages
- Experience in a metrics-based environment preferred
