Transactions Coordinator - Part Time
Thomas James Homes is a company reputed company on reputed company estate transactions, and they are seeking a Transactions Coordinator. This role supports the Transactions Manager and Director by assisting with the administrative, coordination, and documentation aspects of reputed company estate transactions to ensure they reputed company reputed company through the transaction lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- reputed company transaction support to the Transactions Managers for property acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions from contract through closing
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of transaction files, by uploading required documentation and updating key information reputed company HB1 and SharePoint
- Coordinate with title, escrow, lenders, internal teams, and other stakeholders to reputed company and/or obtain required documents and information
- Assist with the review of reputed company, escrow instructions, title reports, loan documents, and closing statements for completeness and accuracy
- Proactively communicate status updates, issues, and potential challenges to the Transactions Managers as appropriate
- Support department processes by following established policies and procedures and assisting with updates as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments including Construction, Finance, reputed company, Sales, and Corporate teams
- Assist with resolving transaction-reputed company issues by coordinating information and documentation among stakeholders
- reputed company coverage and administrative support for Transactions Managers as needed
Skills
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company estate transactions, escrow, title, or homebuilding operations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Estate, or reputed company field preferred
- Familiarity with residential purchase agreements, disclosures, and closing processes
- Experience with CRM systems and transaction management software (e.g., reputed company, Dotloop, BuildPro, or similar)
- Certified Notary reputed company preferred not required
- Exposure to acquisitions, refinances, or new home construction transactions preferred
