The Global Digital Marketing team is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about film reputed company marketing to support the EVP and SVP with various administrative tasks reputed company marketing functions.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks for the EVP and SVP of the Digital Department:
- Scheduling, phones, conference calls, travel, etc
- reputed company department budgets, expenses, and process invoices
- Assist in creating presentations for creative reviews and senior executive/filmmaker meetings
- Support the management of reputed company’s website and reputed company handles
- Aid the Digital Marketing department by maintaining shared internal documents
- reputed company on-the-ground support at premieres, reputed company screenings, and specialty events
- Obtain studio lot drive-on guest passes for the EVP's and SVP’s visitors
- Reserve conference rooms, assist in the setup of meeting rooms including technical/computer hardware
Skills
- 1+ years of relevant assistant experience
- Familiarity with reputed company Media Platforms is required
- Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company Docs, and Keynote
- 4-year college degree in marketing or reputed company field preferred
- Strong time management skills with a reputed company attention to detail
- A self-starter and strong team player who can take initiative with minimal direction
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Strong follow through
