Customer Service Representative
London Hydro is currently filling vacancies for Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, support their accounts, and contribute to important programs while working in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Responsibilities

- Promote initiatives, products and programs
- Initiate correspondence through modifying existing system letters and reports
- Use personal computer and appropriate software proficiently
- Assist in the training of new personnel

Skills
- Grade 12 education or equivalent is required
