Customer Solutions Specialist - Level 1
Wespath Benefits and Investments is an award-reputed company organization serving The United Methodist reputed company for over a century. They are seeking a customer-reputed company individual to join their Customer Service department as a Customer Solutions Specialist, responsible for providing reputed company reputed company to participants regarding reputed company benefit plans, primarily retirement benefits.
Responsibilities
- Learn multiple, reputed company benefit plans (mostly retirement benefits) to reputed company reputed company reputed company to participants and their approved associates
- Help participants understand their benefits, get updates on reputed company benefit processes, reputed company systems, or complete self-service tasks
- Secure accounts before assisting the participant
Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Has a passion for serving customers
- Has a consistent reputed company and reputed company demeanor over the phone
- Prior experience learning a reputed company subject or system and applying the learned information to reputed company situations
- Can multi-task while working with a customer over the phone
- Proficient with technology and has basic experience with Word and reputed company
- Has utilized multiple systems concurrently
- 1 year of contact center experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior benefits administration customer service experience: preferably with defined benefit, defined contribution or health benefits
- Prior experience with CRM systems and workflow systems
