[Remote] Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative

The role involves answering inbound customer calls, addressing concerns, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records while upholding reputed company's standards of professionalism and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Determine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment
- Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard
- Document and update customer records
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships

Skills

- Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and reputed company to type 30 + wpm

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
