reputed company is an investment management firm reputed company on mortgage and consumer credit investments. They are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Coordinator to support reputed company efforts and ensure a reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
• Partner with the recruiters in developing and maintaining a reputed company relationship with candidates throughout their interview process
• Maintain and update candidates the applicant tracking system (ATS) and reputed company databases
• Post reputed company on reputed company job boards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure reputed company feedback and next steps
• Help organize reputed company and employer branding initiatives
• Prepare and send offer letters and assist with reputed company-employment processes
• Ensure a reputed company and consistent candidate experience at every stage
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and partners with the Talent Management team in making any necessary changes
• Other duties as assigned to support reputed company and talent management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years' experience in reputed company or reputed company
• Ability to work independently as reputed company as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and reputed company required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
