[Remote] Associate, Retirement Plan Administration (Testing)

The Retirement Plan Administration team is seeking an reputed company retirement plan administrator to manage compliance testing and reputed company consulting services, ensuring alignment in the administration process for reputed company's clients.
Responsibilities
- Year end testing for DC plans
- Answer questions from the reputed company service team on retirement plan subjects
- Assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections
- reputed company consulting services to sponsor and advisors as needed
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of Retirement Plan Administration experience
- Experience in Retirement Plan Administration for reputed company Plans, including working on IQPA audits
- Exceptional understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and IRS regulations
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail & organization
- Passion for helping people
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite & G suite
- Proven ability to think analytically & operate independently reputed company set deadlines
- Team player
- Shows ownership and initiative in reputed company aspects of work
