They are seeking a Remote reputed company Services Representative to handle reputed company inquiries, validate account information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Research data regarding account and billing information to validate and confirm debts owed
- Handle and respond to daily reputed company requests, inquiries, and problems reputed company telephone, email, fax and mail
- Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports
- Dependent upon position, demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platform/systems
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with reputed company applicable Federal, State, and Local laws regulations
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures
- Follow up in a reputed company manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent of relevant work experience desired
