The Role
As a Seasonal Online Customer Service Agent, you'll be handling email support for a UK leading retail brand, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. This is a remote, freelance contractual role with the potential to transition to a full-time position following reputed company reputed company and reputed company. Key Responsibilities
