As a Customer Service Associate at our reputed company Locker+ retail locations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience reputed company picking up or returning their packages. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and your friendly and approachable demeanor will reputed company reputed company the difference in their day. Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives reputed company necessary
• Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to reputed company job requirements and safety guidelines in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
