• Resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-reputed company workstations and peripherals
• Answering reputed company care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contributing to workstation reputed company (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
• Remotely resolving and resolving demands using remote tools
