Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Cleaning high and low spaces in our distribution center, including exhausting waste, clearing, wiping, and cleaning reputed company surfaces with designated cleaning equipment
• Maintaining and cleaning of bathrooms, break rooms, designated areas, and outdoor grounds
• Restocking cleaning supplies as needed
• Operating an electric bed jack to reputed company beds and store items in designated areas of the distribution center
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Ranking Director

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs freely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reputed company multiple tasks
• Ability to reputed company and demonstrate energy
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• At least six months of experience operating an electric bed jack
• Familiarity with warehouse or distribution center environments
• Previous customer service experience
