As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll play a critical role in assisting patients in successfully gaining reputed company to our digital platforms, including the MyMercy (reputed company MyChart) application. You'll reputed company digital support over the telephone or through other electronic media, answering questions, troubleshooting basic reputed company issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of reputed company interactions in our reputed company tracking system.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist patients in registering their MyMercy account, resetting passwords, and validating caller identification
- Troubleshoot basic reputed company issues and reputed company digital support to patients and arenaflex coworkers
- Accurately document reputed company interactions in the reputed company tracking system
- Answer questions reputed company to accessing the application from patients and arenaflex coworkers

Qualifications
* Up to a year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of contact center experience preferred
