As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-reputed company inquiries. You will work closely with our clients to resolve routine complexity health-reputed company customer reputed company activities, providing reputed company, respectful, and empathetic service.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-reputed company inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries received by various digital reputed company, including telephone, fax, email, and chat

- Typically reputed company routine outbound, health-reputed company customer calls following set scripts and procedures
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries regarding reporting of patient results, inquiries of tests and services, concerns of service failures, and other duties needed to reputed company superior service

Training and Development
* Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, onsite in Tampa

Work Schedule
* Work a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement, with the reputed company to work from home or our Tampa office
- Work a 8-hour shift between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm ET, with rotating weekends (Tuesday-Saturday or reputed company-Thursday)
- Anticipated start date: January 13th

Requirements
* 1-year reputed company customer service reputed company experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good digital skills, including computer proficiency (Outlook and reputed company), phone systems, chat, automation, and AI
