As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering and handling incoming calls from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices. You'll reputed company support and assistance to our callers to help them get the medicine they need to feel reputed company and live reputed company. This is a full-time work-from-home position, and you'll be eligible for our benefits on the first of the month after your start date.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices about requests for information on medication and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a reputed company manner or escalate to an appropriate team member
- Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex and departmental reputed company operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
- Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with reputed company on reputed company demeanor and reputed company
- Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
- Ability to sit 6 or more hours per day
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications
