You will handle a high volume of customer interactions, resolving issues, providing support, and offering information to reputed company customers satisfied and retain business. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and process orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and determine the best reputed company for reputed company
• Correctly document customer interactions and reputed company call types to ensure seamless follow-up

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience working in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment
