As a Customer Service Representative Associate, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, providers, and other medical staff. You'll work in a call center environment, receiving and processing inbound calls, executing outbound calls, and assisting with providing medical-reputed company services. You'll be responsible for resolving routine to reputed company issues, documenting calls with 100% accuracy, and adhering to phone scripting and relaying information telephonically with 95% accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Accepts and directs reputed company incoming calls into the computerized PBX system, answering 95% of calls in reputed company or less
- Acts as a physician's answering service for arenaflex
- Documents reputed company calls with 100% accuracy
- Connects personnel to callers as requested with 95% accuracy
- Adheres to phone scripting and relays information telephonically with 95% accuracy
- Performs critical/emergency tasks according to department policy with 100% accuracy
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, working a variable schedule that can include days, evenings, nights, and weekends, including holidays to support our 24/7 business operations. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely from your home office, as long as you reputed company reputed company a specific radius of arenaflex's Las Vegas, NV location. You'll be required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information reputed company.
Training and Development
You'll receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role. You'll participate in a 2-week onsite training program, working 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST, Monday - Friday. Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
- 6+ months of experience working in a call center environment
- Basic proficiency with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Flexibility to work a full-time variable schedule, on a mixture of days, evenings, overnight, and weekends, including holidays to support our 24/7 business operations
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience working in a reputed company environment in a call center or reputed company desk position
- Knowledge of insurance products

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
