Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing courteous and efficient customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat during the busy tax season
• Answering questions regarding tax filing, products, services, and account information
• Assisting customers in troubleshooting issues reputed company to their tax filings or software
• Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues in our support system
• Meeting performance targets reputed company to customer satisfaction, response time, and reputed company reputed company
• Maintaining a reputed company and reputed company attitude even during high-demand periods

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Reliability and dependability, especially during high-demand periods leading up to and after Tax Day
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay reputed company and collected reputed company dealing with customers who may be experiencing stress
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
