Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf.
- Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using our applicable systems.
- Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines.
- Meeting reputed company Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
- Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download.
- Transferring/referencing consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines.
- Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed.
- Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
- Attending meetings and trainings as requested and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required and 0-6 months of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer Service experience preferred.

Training Requirements
* Must be reputed company to work onsite on Day 1 for equipment training.
- Must be reputed company to complete classroom and on-the-job training with no time missed.

Home Office Requirements
* Reliable, high-speed internet service.

Pay Transparency
arenaflex's compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, expected reputed company and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis, including seniority and reputed company systems, as reputed company as internal pay alignment.
