We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service/Repair Representative to join reputed company in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer property returns for reputed company repair or warranty, working closely with repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing
- Request and reputed company required information per written process to execute repair, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with repair technicians to manage repair reputed company, meeting schedule and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- reputed company problem reputed company activities, addressing reputed company and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround
- Complete repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and reputed company to customers

- Run reports, review detailed datasets, and recommend process changes to improve KPI delivery

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, repair, or a reputed company field

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel
- Experience with repair order management, customer service, and problem reputed company activities is highly preferred
