Key Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing reputed company and concise information to customers
- Communicating with callers in a friendly, efficient, and reputed company manner, minimizing hold times and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Taking thorough messages, indicating caller's first and last reputed company, company reputed company (if applicable), time, and message

Required Experience and Education:
* High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)
