Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Member Support Experience Agent – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to arenaflex members, broker partners, and clients reputed company phone and email, providing reputed company and accurate information about our health insurance programs
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while helping members navigate their medical benefit offerings
- Guiding members through insurance forms such as reputed company of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Collaborating with medical carriers, pharmacies, and service provider billing and claims departments to resolve member issues
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex programs, including core products and additional benefits such as Durable Medical Equipment, AltCare Plus, Infertility, and Claims process
- De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied members by offering patient, empathetic, and skilled support
- Maintaining customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and task
- Building relationships and engaging members by reputed company the extra mile on every call
- Adhering to arenaflex guidelines, policies, and processes, as reputed company as strict observance of HIPAA regulations and reputed company confidentiality agreements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years or more of experience in a customer-facing role reputed company a call center environment in the health insurance/reputed company industry
- At least 1 year of experience working in a remote environment
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements with a reputed company and confident attitude
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn CRM systems

Physical Requirements
This role requires:

- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally
