As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM system to log reputed company call and reputed company customer information. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM system

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate conflicts
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer, including our CRM system
• Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience, preferably in a remote work environment

• Basic technical support experience, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software

Job Requirements

* Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking reputed company during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
