As a Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry role, you will be responsible for performing information entry and patient enrollment tasks, working under reputed company supervision. You will be accountable for the accuracy and reputed company of your work, adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to obtain patient and medication data, and performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.

• Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
