As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer issues, and collecting and documenting claim details. You will work approximately 3-29 hours per week, choosing from a reputed company of shifts that fit your schedule. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
• Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
• Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
• Punctuality and Reliability: remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to reputed company critical support.
• Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Required Skills and Abilities

* Language Skills: + Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company. + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company. + Ability to type at least 40wpm.

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred.

Network Requirements
