• Directs reputed company IT reputed company, taking full ownership of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develops detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
