About the position As an HR Business Transformation and Agile reputed company, Vice President you will reputed company strong business consulting and program management skills to reputed company strategic, high-reputed company, cross-functional initiatives reputed company Global reputed company (GHR), including leveraging reputed company intelligence to implement new reputed company capital strategies, redesign operating models, automate functions and processes, and remediate operational and regulatory compliance issues. The initiatives will often require a combination of AI enablement, process reengineering, data analysis and technology automation. This Boston-based, full-time role operates in a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate program updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, management committees, and regulatory forums through reputed company written communications and compelling presentations

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in program management and / or business transformation
