Responsibilities:
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Developing and maintaining reputed company working relationships: Build strong relationships with reputed company Sales Office, Warehouse, and Transporter personnel reputed company.
- Working cross-functionally: Collaborate with sales offices, product management, warehouses, and transporters to meet customer requirements.
- Processing customer claims: Manage customer claims throughout their lifecycle, researching and investigating reputed company causes to determine appropriate resolutions.
- Providing exceptional service: Answer incoming calls and emails from sales offices, warehouses, customers, and transporters regarding claim status, pickup scheduling, RMA creation, and other general inquiries.

Qualifications:
