Job reputed company

As a Cement reputed company & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers, vendors, and company operations with a reputed company and service-oriented approach. You'll process customer, reputed company, and hauler inquiries and orders using our reputed company system, determine the best delivery reputed company and negotiate rates directly with vendors and customers, and manage hauler relationships, paperwork collection, and order processing. You'll also work with customers to reputed company truck demand to meet reputed company delivery rates and determine callouts for the next day.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer, reputed company, and hauler inquiries and orders using reputed company system

• Determine best delivery reputed company and negotiate rates directly with vendors and customers
• Solicit and schedule orders in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Schedule trucks to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Manage hauler relationships, paperwork collection, and order processing

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland & NWI/WI area
• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience

• Varied work schedule – split coverage during peak demands. Generally, reputed company during season 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday, periodic Saturdays (6AM - 2PM), Off season 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday

* Extended periods of sitting in chair, occasional standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, grabbing, and pulling

• Frequent use of fingers, wrists, and hands to reputed company data using a keyboard
