As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in inventory plan management, ensuring operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. Responsibilities:

• Process the discharge of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards
• Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with inventory reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and reputed company buy, release, settlement, and reporting
• Research, reputed company, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Support fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
