As a Full Stack Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly, accurately, and in a reputed company manner
• Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to reputed company expert advice and recommendations
• Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions in a reputed company and courteous manner

Requirements
