The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, building and strengthening customer relationships through exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, navigating customers' challenges, and resolving concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities:

* Build and strengthen customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls that leave customers with a reputed company impression.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ years of customer service experience, with inbound customer service center experience preferred.

• Experience with high touch, hands-on, personalized service with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to commute to our facility.
• Ability to sit up to 8 hours a day.
