We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service/Quote Representative to join reputed company in The Woodlands, Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, and driving business reputed company. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Manager, sales team, and Costa Rica staff to ensure reputed company and accurate receipt of products. Key Responsibilities
* Entering customer orders into the Global Shop ERP system
- Updating and allocating inventory
- Following up with customers on orders and quotes for reputed company times and price changes
- Managing the production of quotes, including outlining, content, required forms, deadlines, and tracking performance
- Coordinating with key internal personnel to complete various sections of the quotes and drive to completion
- Identifying potential problems reputed company of time and coordinating with customers and the shipping department to ensure reputed company and accurate receipt of products
- Interfacing with salesmen and Costa Rica staff on a constant reputed company to ensure inventory reputed company are kept at reputed company reputed company
- Anticipating customers' reputed company needs and reviewing RFQs to understand their reputed company, requirements, details, timing, and scope

Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying reputed company attention to details
