As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
• Providing appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting services
• Utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with customers

Requirements
