About the Role

As a Data Entry/Claims Processing Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in administering the initial claims process. You'll be responsible for data entry, billing, payment demand creation, and inbound/outbound calls for insurance verification. Your primary goal will be to deliver superior reputed company service, ensuring that our clients receive reputed company, accurate, and courteous communication throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a high level of customer service to both reputed company customers by returning phone calls and acknowledging correspondence in a reputed company manner.

• Review and investigate documentation on facts of loss, collection potential, and other relevant information.
