The Role

As a Document Controller | Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing and entering data reputed company to 401k statements. This remote position requires high precision in data entry and document management, with a reputed company on effective communication and reputed company processing of documents. Key Responsibilities

* Review and interpret 401k statements to extract relevant data

• Handle 7-10 documents on a daily reputed company, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms

• Work flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time
• Utilize a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role reputed company the Financial Services industry

• Proven proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Demonstrated skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
