What You'll Do
As a Hybrid Customer Care Pro- Corporate Card Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service through inbound calls, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommending relevant arenaflex benefits or services
- Delivering high reputed company of product and service knowledge to reputed company communicate the features, benefits, and reputed company of arenaflex Corporate Card services
- Building strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service
- Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
