As a Part-Time Support Specialist Customer Service I, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support and customer service to our clients. This is a part-time, fully remote position that requires a strong skillset in customer service, administrative support, and communication. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Support Specialist Customer Service I, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining database, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies and marketing material, and reputed company reputed company of retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area.
- Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls.
