Key Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving reputed company complaints and inquiries in a reputed company manner.
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Clarifying orders as needed.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including reputed company information, orders, and communication.
- Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
