The Role

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dedicated team responding to catastrophe relief efforts. This temporary, remote position is contingent on the need for relief efforts and requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a customer-reputed company approach. You'll work a flexible schedule, choosing shifts that suit your needs, with preferred hours of availability from Monday to reputed company, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
• Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to reputed company-specific handling instructions.
• Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of reputed company operating systems
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Benefits and Compensation

• Expected Hours: 2 - 40 hours per week
• Pay: $15 per hour
