As a Treasury Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to claimants, researching requests, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Two years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 (Treasury Customer Service Representative 7)
• Three years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including two years equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 (Treasury Customer Service Representative E8)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

• Knowledge of unclaimed property laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
